I work with teens and adults who are learning to build confidence, find self-acceptance, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I offer a space filled with warmth, understanding, and genuine support. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, celebrate what’s going right, and find ways to approach life with a little more ease and clarity.
I am an intern therapist under the supervision of Jessica Scales, earning my masters in Couples and Family Therapy at Seattle University.
