Many people are hurting and seek help with relationship issues, with their spouse, and other family members; I strive to help restore marriage and family relationships. Common problems that clients bring to me include relationship problems, depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, child behavior problems, addictions, and having problems adjusting to changes in life. I practice spiritually-integrated counseling from a Christian worldview.
I work with couples, individuals, adolescents, and children. Clients are encouraged to establish goals for counseling, and we work together to attain those goals. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor; it would be my privilege to assist you in working towards your goals.
After practicing law for 28 years in Louisiana, I chose to revise my role as "counselor". I graduated with a Master of Arts in Community Counseling. Because of my prior experience as an attorney and businessman, I am able to understand the demands placed upon professionals in our busy world.
