I have always had a passion for mental health, working in the UK and US for over 30 years. I am a Qigong teacher which in combination with "talk" therapy I utilize to help you to tap into your own inner silence - an ability that we all have within us.
Through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and mindfulness practices including meditation and Qigong. Developing a healthy lifestyle I can also help you learn to approach daily living from a more balanced place. These practices allow one to better manage the stressors of daily living, relationship problems and major life changes.
