About
Are you experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, but are ashamed to open up about them? Are you male-identified who feels he needs to hide behind his masculine identity in order to prove to others that you are strong? Do you identify as gay, bi, or have sex with other men, and are ashamed of this? I can help! Toxic masculinity is a real issue. As a gay Latino man, I can empathize with the pressures to conform to society’s dominant narrative of being a “real man,” especially when one is struggling with internalized shame. If you are someone's partner struggling with this, I can help.
In a toxic relationship? I can provide a safe space free from judgement and help you find a more meaningful and fulfilling life. We can collaborate to help you find balance in your life, to realize the potential you have inside, and rewrite your story that better suits your wants and desires, without the negative effects of toxic masculinity.
I chose this profession to help others help themselves. No one has to struggle alone, even though the message of toxic masculinity dictates to society that our problems usually can resolve on their own. But they sometimes don’t! I can be here for you to help guide you. Please call or email me for a free consultation. I look forward to working with you.
