I am an experienced clinical psychologist who treats clinical issues with a variety of techniques and interventions. I understand cases from a psychodynamic point of view and as such believe that one's past often informs one's present. Therefore it is important to understand one's personal history so that one can make the best possible choices in the present.
I am interested in the mind-body relationship, that is, how the mind influences the body physiologically and how the body influences the mind psychologically. I have also found that the integration of psychotherapy and a meditation practice can be highly effective.
I am also interested in relational issues. Whether it be the relationship with oneself or all others around him or her. Additionally, I'm interested in issues of sexuality and gender.
