My path to becoming a mental health provider grew from a deep curiosity about how people heal and connect. Over time, I was drawn to trauma-informed, integrative approaches that include art, somatics, and movement, tools that honor the whole person. I’ve always been passionate about holding space for people’s stories and witnessing their resilience unfold.
My life experiences and training have left me with particular interest in working alongside individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and supporting people who are working on personal growth and self esteem.
Working with me means entering a collaborative space where your voice leads the way. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support, not judge or make decisions for you. I trust in each person’s capacity to heal and know that with the right tools and a flexible, creative approach, meaningful change is possible.
