This has given me a unique blend of hands-on, experiential insight to my work with both teens and adults.
My sessions are compassionate and candid: infused with mindfulness and humor because real change happens when you feel safe and seen. You will begin to notice more moments of calm in your week, the ability to speak up without self-judgement, and relationships with peers and family members that feel more grounded.
Together, we will work on building self-worth and authentic expression, managing anxiety, defining boundaries, and healing from trauma.
