In our work together, I'll offer a safe and supportive place with plenty of time to talk about exactly what you're going through. I'll help you cut through the shame and anxious thinking, and then we'll work on using your "brakes" to slow your thoughts down. You'll be more able to manage your feelings and respond in better ways. You can do this.
