CPTSD/Trauma Support Circle
VIRTUAL ONLY Unlike traditional therapy, a support circle is about community and connection — creating a safe environment to explore our shared human experiences. In this space, we honor each other’s stories, find belonging, and walk side by side on the journey of trauma recovery and healing. Support circles offer the reminder that we are stronger together, and that healing happens not just in isolation, but through the power of authentic relationships, empathy, and mutual support.
