This group is open to adult individuals seeking support as they recover from issues related to codependency. If you’re not sure if this applies to you, please look up “The 10 Tasks of Codependency Recovery” on Google or read “Codependent No More” by Beattie. Group is a unique experience that offers benefits not found in individual therapy alone, and can greatly accelerate your healing and growth! Please keep in mind you “get out of it what you put into it,” it does require building/earning trust between members and some healthy openness. You will learn about boundaries.
