I am a seasoned psychotherapist with forty years of experience in helping my clients

My approach is eclectic. It includes attachment focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems, which is highly effective in getting to know oneself in a non-critical way. I am experienced in clinical hypnosis and relational therapy. I may use meditation and relaxation in my practice.
The past few years have been challenging for most people. Along with problems we normally encounter in relationships, or the losses and disappointments we experience; many people have also been frightened by the pandemic, or fearful of disastrous climate change.
