I also work with people struggling with relationship and professional challenges. Having someone to talk to can really help restore balance and improve your quality of life during stressful times.
I help people tune into their values in order to find balance and joy while also learning to cope with life's inevitable pain. My style is collaborative, building on what I learn about you as a guide to inform what therapeutic tools may be helpful at the present time.
