About
Since finishing my degree in 2012, I have worked for Council for Relationships as a staff therapist in the Oxford Valley Mall office, and since 2017 in their Lawrenceville office. I have been fortunate to have worked with a broad spectrum of couples and families struggling with life transitions and relationships concerns, as well as with individuals struggling with anxiety/depression, grief and loss, and life or work stress. I am certified to provide online video therapy to clients in PA, and have extra training to help Military families, both active and retired.
My primary mode of therapy combines Structural and Bowenian theory, although treatment is tailored to the client's (or clients') needs. With understanding and compassion, support and practical feedback, I work to empower my clients so they can gain the knowledge and confidence required to effectively address personal life challenges.
I received my LMFT in 2018 after 6 years of supervised practice. My Ph.D. is in Social Systems Sciences from the UPENN. Social Systems Sciences provided me with a foundation in understanding systems, the most basic component of couples and family therapy.
