My wholistic approach to healing and growth using a combination of talking and gentle, experiential methods helps you understand what patterns might be keeping you stuck and in pain, and gives you the tools you need to find relief and step into new levels of love, fulfillment and happiness.
My specialty is Existential Personalistic Anthropology, an approach developed in Italy. It offers the tools you need so you can shift patterns of suffering, illness and not-enough-ness into joy, fulfillment and expression of your unique purpose in Life.
Anxiety, depression, dissatisfying work, painful relationships and other struggles can make life a real struggle. We often blame ourselves for our pain - which only makes it worse.
