I specialize in providing support to adults, adolescents and their caregivers during these pivotal moments. With over 30 years of experience, I support adults & teens on their journey to find their voice & deal with their current stressful situation. Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, school struggles & loss are among my areas of expertise. My aim is to support & empower each client to embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
