I have immediate openings. As a therapist, I work with my clients to build a relationship where we can encounter pain with compassion rather than judgment and shame. I support individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and addiction-related concerns, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, helping professionals experiencing stress and moral injury, and life transitions (e.g., changes with work, retirement, onset of disability). I enjoy working with young adults coping with life changes including college, employment, and identity exploration. I am passionate about providing LGTBQ+ affirming therapy.
My approach incorporates feminist/multicultural, acceptance and commitment therapy principles, and attachment-based therapies. I am a musician with personal and professional experience related to performance psychology and enjoy working with creatives, performers, and athletes navigating performance related concerns including perfectionism and anxiety.
