Learning to love and support yourself and each other, manage big feelings, and repair our relationships is part of the process. We are all human and we are always learning.
I work with couples and individuals who struggle with emotions, communication, trauma, or creating healthy patterns in their relationships. Our work begins with skills you can start using right away. Then, we can address the deeper patterns and vulnerabilities.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. I lean primarily on IFS (parts work) and Transformational Couples Therapy, as well as EMDR, DBT, ACT, SE and others. With 20+ years experience, I have learned when and how to apply these models based on the person or couple in front of me. Our work will be tailored to your needs. Together we will find your path.
