I begin with the belief that everyone is perfectly imperfect rather than the notion that there is something "wrong" with you which needs to be "fixed". Starting the moment you were born you began to accumulate experiences from your family, community, and society. Some experiences were likely nurturing and beautiful and others were likely quite painful and challenging. Your accumulated experiences have shaped you and helped you develop mechanisms for coping, some of which no longer serve you.
My process is focused on providing you with additional perspective, tools and support to grow and develop. You may be struggling to adjust to a change in your life, coping with a traumatic event, processing grief, experiencing anxiety or depression, or having difficulty connecting in your relationship with yourself, your partner, or other important people.
Regardless of how you identify, your race, culture, age, gender, spiritual, sexual, or political orientation, you deserve to feel well.
