About
I place value on being able to provide telementalhealth services to people as it allows them to access care while managing their unique circumstances (health/mobility challenges, child/family/elder care responsibilities, transportation, financial means, limited services) and to meet securely in settings that are most comfortable and natural for us both.
I offer clinical, emotional, and spiritual accompaniment and support through life challenges and transitions for children, adolescents and adults. I integrate evidence-based practices of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with trauma informed care, psychodynamic therapy, spiritual care, and ecotherapy.
I am experienced with helping people who encounter emotional challenges specific to ecological crises and climate change, with attention to experiences of loss of place, eco-anxiety and eco-grief.
