I love anything to do with the beach. I enjoy watching sports and being active. My favorite activities are scuba diving and yoga. My favorite way to relax is to read books and watch movies. I love to work with kids and their families! I have been working with families, schools, and communities for the last 3 years to improve the availability of mental health treatment for adolescents and decrease the stigma attached with it.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy.
First and foremost, we need to get to know each other. I love getting to know new clients and what their goals are. It is such an honor to take this journey with clients to finding new strengths and discovering ones they didn't know they already have!
