As an immigrant Latina, bilingual trauma-focused therapist, I understand that healing is shaped by more than just the individual. I welcome BIPOC, Latine, immigrant, LGBTQ+ clients, and community advocates who want to explore trauma, family patterns, culture, identity, spirituality, and relationships. Together, we look beyond a Western-only lens and make room for your whole story—because therapy does not have to feel cold, clinical, or scary.
I specialize in sexual trauma, childhood wounds, attachment injuries, and other trauma. I blend EMDR, somatic work, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, systems work, and feminist multicultural therapy to support healing that honors your body, culture, relationships, and lived experience.
