My clinical experience has included working with individuals that have experienced trauma as well as anxiety and depression. I currently practice individual therapy with adult individuals (18 y/o and up) experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD (including dissociative symptoms), and Complex PTSD in English and Spanish. We may utilize various modalities including mindfulness techniques, trauma specific treatment modalities (including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) and IFS), attachment work, and mind-soul-body integration. My passion lies in helping clients connect with their voice, strength, and sense of self.
I am a multilingual therapist - Spanish & English. Much of my philosophy on therapy and trauma work has been shaped by my work experience and training at the Rape Recovery Center (in Utah, USA). Our goals in therapy will primarily focus on developing self-compassion and self-awareness, as well as promoting self-understanding, love and acceptance.
