Martha Leesman, MS, LPC-S, CDWF, Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio
Seek your truth. Speak your truth. Live your truth. Become whole. Truth is not about facts. Truth is about authenticity--becoming who we really are, not what we have come to believe we are supposed to be. How do we know our truth? We listen for it...we become aware of it...when it is speaking to us. Many of us were taught to ignore our feelings and emotions. Emotions are our allies and our friends. Accept them. Listen to them. Let them help you discover your truth. They are the bridge to authenticity.
I have many years of professional and personal experience...a unique blend of wisdom and education--I would be honored and privileged to accompanying you on your journey to healing and wholeness.
I welcome you to my living room--my office--a safe place to journey. I will do my best--to journey with and to guide you. With integrity and compassion, I will hold your space sacredly.

Martha Leesman's Groups

Daring Way(tm)

The Daring Way(tm) is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and organizations. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
