Are things in your life different from what you expected or planned? Are you feeling worried, stressed and “locked in”? Need some place to share/discuss those feelings and make a better/different plan for yourself. Call and make an appointment. I’m thoughtful and listen well, and will help you cope and deal with today’s challenges.
I have worked for more than 35 years with adults of all ages in college counseling centers, mental health clinics and for an international adoption agency. I work with adoptive parents and adoptees, and I do psych reports for people adopting internationally. I also work with people as times of change in their lives.
Are you are at a transition time in your life...the “sandwich generation” or “empty nesters”, or dealing with grief and loss, or living with grown children or elderly parents, or living with your parents once again? Be in touch to talk about both the positives and negatives of dealing with these situations.
Take the first step to help. Call or Email Martha Lamb now - (781) 381-4971
