I aim to provide patient-centered therapy, focusing on your strengths and empowering you to work through various levels of symptoms such as depression and anxiety. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. I offer in-person therapy in Sacramento as well as virtual therapy throughout California.
