Hi there, I'm Martha! I have been in practice for the last 10 years. I aim to be patient-centered, work to focus on your strengths, and empower you to work through various levels of symptoms, such as depression and anxiety. I value developing a trusted therapy working relationship with my clients. Once we understand the concerns, current state, and desired outcome, we can work collaboratively on what the goals might look like to achieve the desired outcomes
