I suspect you want to feel better and have tried a few things already. You may be feeling stuck and the old ways of doing things aren't working any more. If you're up for something different, not a cure all, but a way to open new doors for healing, growth, and more ease in yourself, Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) might be a way to go.
Ketamine is a well researched, safe medicine that can help ease anxiety, depression, mind chatter, and open places inside ready for light. I am a somatic experiencing practitioner (SEP) as well as a KAP provider, and well versed + well trained in psychedelic work. KAP is a tool for deepening/settling yourself + moving out of fixed thinking/old patterns.
KAP services are available in-person (North San Antonio) or by tele-health. I work with individuals, families, and groups. I am glad to support mental health providers and other helpers in high stress jobs. I'm also happy to partner with your therapist for KAP.

Once medically cleared for KAP, we'll have two one-hour sessions to prepare you for your experience. Your session with ketamine lozenges will be about three hours, followed by a one-hour integration session the following day. Shifts in symptoms (in good ways!) are common.
