I’m a licensed psychologist with many years of experience. I would very much like to hear your story and your concerns. I am a good listener and an interactive empathetic therapist. I find myself often helping people using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and helping them to combat negative self talk. I am experienced in family therapy and developing individuation from family.
