Clients currently being accepted for "Increasing Your Financial Health" telehealth therapy groups and individual and couples work on the same topic. Unfortunately I do not have any other availability at this time. I am, however, a seasoned therapist with more than twenty years of success facilitating healing and lasting change. I utilize a positive, motivational counseling approach that helps people identify goals for themselves, notice where they are stuck, and move towards making meaningful shifts in their lives. As one client recently put it, I am appreciated for how I help people "think outside the box."
My background in both holistic and traditional settings inspires a creative approach to exploring mood regulation, stress management, healthier choices, relationships, times of transition, and parenting. I believe there are many routes to wellness and current clients appreciate the balance between laughter and seriousness throughout our work together.
With a goal of experiencing a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, I primarily see people individually. The people I work with especially appreciate that I offer a holistic approach to their concerns, have a warm and accepting style, and am an in-network provider for most insurance plans.
