I work with adults looking to work through negative experiences and regulating the nervous system within. Working through the patterns in your life now that have been developed due to the experiences you’ve had in your life, whether current or historic, can bring you to a new understanding of yourself and uplift your communication skills.

Using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBST), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) along with other modalities, I work with adults in Oklahoma, Utah and Oregon via virtual services to diminish negative core beliefs and move forward into clarity. My passion is helping people get to the rewarding parts of life.
