My name is Martha Bethea and I started Harmonious Mind to provide personalized mental health care to individuals struggling to build healthy and satisfying habits. As a 28 year old member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am uniquely positioned to aid individuals adjusting to life transitions and expressions of sexuality and gender. My professional experience has provided me with the skills and disposition necessary to aid persons struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, suicidal ideation and other mental health concerns commonly experienced by individuals aged 12 and up.
As a former suicidal teen, I specialize in working with teens and young adults who struggle with suicidal ideation. I work to help individuals of all ages discover personalized mental health goals.
