I love working with people who feel stuck, and who want to understand, embrace, and maximize their potential. Energy psychotherapy utilizes the energy of the body to rapidly move through old fears, traumas, addictions, pain, and limiting beliefs. These powerful techniques are so gentle that even kids can use them. They can transform issues at lightning speed, while still allowing the insight to learn from your experiences.
I also incorporate the use of neurofeedback training to enhance and accelerate transformation. It helps unhook the maddening loops of anxiety or depression, relieves symptoms of ADD, stress, or other brain conditions. It's also useful for optimizing your brain function for peak performance in school, business or athletics.
