Using my clinical and empathy skills I help individuals and families are who are facing challenges with infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Welcoming a child into this world can be exciting but it can also be a difficult and life changing event that perhaps did not follow the plan that you expected. You don't have to go through this alone and I would be honored to support you through any challenge that you are facing.
I have also been fortunate to work in higher education for several years and developed a great passion for working with college students. Often students are faced with various obstacles and issues that make it difficult to succeed in a college environment. I provide support and guidance to increase your success in obtaining your academic and personal goals.
I utilize and have received training in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Trauma Based Therapy), Reproductive Trauma, Motivational Interviewing and more.
