Using my clinical and empathy skills I help women who are facing challenges with infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, loss as well as other challenges. Welcoming a child into this world can be exciting but it can also be a difficult and life changing event that perhaps did not follow the plan that you expected. You don't have to go through this alone and I would be honored to support you through any challenge that you are facing in a nonjudgmental and safe space.
As part of my commitment to mind-body healing, I am currently completing my 500-hour yoga certification through the Clinical Yoga Institute, focusing on somatic and therapeutic practices. This allows me to integrate deeper nervous system support into the work we do together.
I utilize and have received training in various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Trauma Based Therapy), Reproductive Trauma, Motivational Interviewing and more.
