Congratulations. You've taken the first journey toward healing. I believe in providing compassionate, evidence-based techniques as part of the counseling. I employ different ways to assist you in healing. I am trained in EMDR, which I use for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and addiction. As a therapist, I employ DBT for coping skills. I also use CBT to help you change thought patterns.
The clients that I work with have many different issues. I have a passion for helping people overcome trauma. Along with trauma and PTSD, I have worked with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
