I have a background in a range of approaches which can allow you to choose a path that fits your unique experiences, wisdom and strengths. I offer relational systems therapy, somatic therapy, yoga nidra, EMDR, interpersonal, mindfulness-based, meditation and movement therapy. Collaboratively we can explore your goals and make a plan to restore your inner balance.
