Hello all! I am a mental health therapist based in Southern California, in the field for 5 years. My experience has been in community mental health with children and adolescents. I enjoy speaking to my clients and going at their pace and respecting clients' choices. I have worked with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and ODD behaviors. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Psychodynamic therapy to help clients understand themselves better and unlearn maladaptive behaviors they may have, with compassion.
