I particularly enjoy working with parents and teenagers to build stronger relationships and improve communication. I also have experience providing counseling for individuals in relationships and people with substance use issues.

I bring over 25 years of counseling experience to our therapeutic relationship. In my practice, I take an eclectic counseling approach grounded in person-centered therapy and motivational interviewing techniques. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment that empowers clients to make positive changes in their lives.
