I have extensive training and certifications in Panic and Anxiety disorders. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Gottman, and Relational Life Therapy. I am credentialed through the OC Foundation as a certified OCD therapist. I am trauma-informed and trained in EMDR and somatic therapy.
