Accepting new clients. Starting therapy (and finding a therapist) can be daunting, but it’s so rewarding. Anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and ADHD are my specialities. They cause all kinds of discomfort in everyday life - feeling nervous, overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, disconnected - the list goes on and on. But that can change. You can feel comfortable in your own skin, and at peace with who you are and what you’ve been through. I love helping people navigate that process and come out the other side feeling better about themselves.
My practice centers on EMDR, Lifespan Integration and just talking things through. I’m also pretty practical and like to focus on finding things people can do to create concrete change in their daily lives. And I like books, and a little humor never hurts.
I believe clients and therapists should feel they're a good fit before working together so I have a 15 minute phone consultation with new clients prior to scheduling appointments. These phone appointments can be scheduled by emailing me via my website, or the form on Psychology Today.
