DBT Informed Skills Class
DBT can help you calm intense emotions, decrease risky/self-harm behaviors, advocate for yourself, strengthen relationships, and think before you react. Many of us live with a constant stream of negative emotions affecting how we feel about ourselves and interact with others. DBT helps manage these emotions so you can feel balanced, in control, and interact successfully. The message at the heart of DBT is acceptance and change. Our 90-minute virtual class covers 4 modules: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Skills, with weekly homework to integrate skills. The best part? You can’t do DBT wrong!
