I work best with clients who are seeking deep transformation. In my experience, true healing begins when we tend to our core wounds and gently clear the blocks that prevent us from living in alignment with our deeper truth and inner integrity.
My approach is rooted in the belief that to fully return to ourselves, we must release the imprints of trauma—personal, ancestral, and collective—as well as the layers of social conditioning that disconnect us from who we are. I pay close attention to the relational field, and the ways relational trauma and disconnection shape our sense of self.
I believe that reclaiming our wholeness requires us to come home to the body. For healing to be truly transformative, it must be both relational and somatic. While I’m trained in a wide range of Western therapeutic modalities, I also draw from diverse healing traditions that honor the wisdom of the body, energy work and the field theory.
I am trained in Gestalt Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Family Systems, Family Constellation, Process-Oriented Therapy, EMDR, and Couples Therapy. Additionally, I offer ketamine-assisted therapy. I understand that finding the right therapist can be a vulnerable and sometimes overwhelming process. Therefore, I offer a free phone consultation.
