I help immigrants find their footing, build confidence, and feel less alone while navigating a multicultural life. As an immigrant myself, I really get how lonely, confusing, and terrifying it can feel to start over on your own in a new environment. My goal is to give back to the community and support others in the way I wish I had been. I’m also a school counselor, so I have lots of experience working with kids and teens using art, play, music, and crafts. Yes, even virtually!
I'm bilingual (Italian/English) and I practice from a strength-based approach. I truly believe you already have within you what you need to thrive. I’m just here to help you connect with it. Therapy with me is professional, but fun and human. I am to create a relaxed space where you can feel safe to be yourself while we work through your goals.
