Successful therapy begins with a safe, trusting relationship, where clients feel seen and understood. I am honored for each person who has joined me in that space. With 14+ years of experience as a therapist, I have learned that many struggles, such as anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, are often connected to earlier life experiences. This led me to specialize in trauma and dissociation, with advanced training in transformative approaches. I work with adults and teens to process painful memories, find relief from symptoms, and build a more connected and fulfilling life.
I support clients in healing from trauma, reducing anxiety or depression, and handling life's challenges with resilience. I use transformative approaches (EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and expressive arts) to support healing and hope. Sometimes what helps most is a safe place to talk and feel understood.
