I teach tools clients can use to relieve their stress & symptoms. I also specialize in helping couples connect emotionally to develop strong and loving relationships using the Gottman method.
I focus on helping clients discover their strengths and genuinely connect with people in their lives. As a cancer survivor, I am not afraid to enter with you the painful issues in your life.
