I use both art and talk therapy to treat children, adolescents, adults and families with relational struggles, mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, grief and more. I am an art therapist, often inviting my clients to drop into their body in order to move further from the busy mind. I believe that growth comes from the commitment to the therapeutic process. In family work I specialize in high-conflict divorce and co-parenting. My focus is on helping parents support their children best in the process of divorce and post divorce reality.
In therapy, I take a person-centered approach. When working with families I am making sure every member is given a voice and has a chance to express needs and hopes.
