I work with LGBTQIA+, straight, gender non-conforming, transgender, questioning, and cisgender clients ages 13 to 65, offering gender-affirming and welcoming care for every person who walks through my door. With 20 years of experience, I bring a laid-back, casual, and personable approach to individual therapy, helping clients feel heard, understood, and accepted at their own pace. My work is grounded in Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Strength-Based models, and a multicultural approach.
