A therapeutic support group for women in their 40’s to 60’s. We will work with a variety of therapeutic tools, including focused sharing, clarifying our sense of purpose, dreams, creativity, ancestral healing, and self-care. It will have a psycho-educational component, and include practices to use yourself, or with clients and loved ones. I will offer optional reading resources and writing prompts for your own exploration. This group will meet on Zoom 2 times per month for 5 months, April-Sept, with a commitment to the entire session. $399 for 5-month session.
