For the past 24 years, I have journeyed with individuals, couples and families through conflict and trauma. Many of our current problematic behaviors, thoughts, and worldviews have their root in past relationships or experiences that were emotionally or psychologically damaging. My passion is to hold each person's complexities, identify contributing factors, and provide the best treatment to help them accomplish their goals.
I have a Master's degree from Seattle University and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and MHP. I have honed my education, experience, and skills as an Individual, Couples, and Family Therapist. I am trained in EFT, the Gottman Method, and Family Systems. In my work with individuals, I use Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies.
