Most people come to therapy carrying something they've turned over a hundred times alone. I pay closer attention than most people do, take it seriously, and help you find a version that's easier to carry. In general, my specialty is working adults; in particular, I work with men who didn't grow up being asked how they felt, and with autistic adults, including those only now wondering if that word fits. Other specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, and couples who want to actually hear each other.

I work person-centered: the relationship is what heals, not any single technique. When it fits, I bring trauma-focused work, practical coping skills, and help untangling what's wearing you down, but only on a foundation that's real first. I'll be direct. You won't always like what I notice, but it'll always be honest and always in your corner.

If you've had enough of being managed and soothed, we'll get along. There's room here for meaning and for whatever you hold sacred, without it being required.
