Hello, I'm Marshall! I've been a counselor for about ten years now, and no matter what your mental condition or issues might be, you won't find judgment from me. We'll first figure out what your hopes and goals are and then will carve out the easiest, most effortless path to getting there. This can be painful but works best as we prioritize uncovering your core self and identity. I help you to subtract what you are NOT so that you can easily see the powerful being you were all along.
The one quality that might set me apart from other wonderful counselors is that I work daily at the root of my own difficulties should I encounter them. Having released an abundance of inner dysfunction and trauma, I have the space to be fully available to you. Techniques and modalities include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Mindfulness Practices.
